The day before election to Lower House of Parliament , on Saturday, December 3, at 3pm, in the center of Moscow took place the protest action "Putin! Close the offshoe!" The action was organized by the defenders of the Khimki forest and took place in front of the Russian Government House.
I went there 10 minutes before the start. The weather was chilly and cloudy. The skyscrapers were in fog in the distance.
A strange person in a gray coat and hat came up to us:
- What are you doing here? You mustn't stand here!
- Really?? Is it a prohibited area?
- No, but you mustn't stand here.
- Excuse me. And who are you?
- I'm a security of the Government House.
- We are bloggers. And we are not in the prohibited area. You can’t drive out us. Show us the document in which we can see that the area in front of the gate is the prohibited area...
1. While we were bickering, the leader of defenders of the Khimki Forest Eugene Chirikova with her colleagues Sergey Ageev and Alexey Rassolov came to us over the bridge from the "Ukraine" hotel side:
2. - Well, my friends. Let's begin our flash mob. I want to make a statement:
3. “November 26th at the Congress of political party "United Russia" the Prime Minister Vladimir Putin said loudly that it was necessary to fight against offshores. Previously defenders of the Khimki forest revealed that the real owner of the building of the Highway from Moscow to St. Petersburg through the forest area is Putin's childhood friend Arkady Rotenberg. He was found as the owner of the parent companies in five offshores. If Putin claims the high office of President of Russia, first of all he must to instruct law enforcement agencies to find out why his friend's companies are behind five offshores? From whom Rotenberg hides - from Putin or from people?..”
4. Chirikova pulled out the judicial scales from her bag as the symbol of equity and justice.
5. “On the instructions of the defenders of the Khimki forest mathematics have calculated the probability of accidentally hitting of Putin's friend in rating of Forbes magazine and the draft of Highway Moscow - Saint Petersburg. It turned out that the probability of occurrence of this event is one of a billion cases. So, although the Russian laws are applied to Rothenberg selectively, the mathematical laws are against Rothenberg.
We demand the legal investigation of the fact that Prime Minister's friend has got the building of the Highway Moscow - Saint Petersburg. We decided to help Rothenberg and Putin until it hadn't been done. We ask all citizens who are not indifferent to the problem of corruption and environment, to transfer some money to Rothenberg with the following assignment of payment:
1. Rothenberg, come out, we found you.
2. Rothenberg! Putin has forbidden to hide behind the offshores.
3. Is it for the victory over the Khimki forest?..”
6. Less than three minutes, the policemen ran up and began to detain Chirikova and her colleagues roughly.
7. They grabbed Chirikova and dragged her to the bus. She lifted her legs not to spoil her shoes. It seemed that she was flying.
8. - Pain in my arms! They are twisting my arms, the bastards!
9. Eugene Chirikova was taken to the bus. Then her companions were taken to the bus too.
10. - That's all! Everybody must leave the square! Otherwise, you'll be detained!
11. We slowly began to leave. The correspondent of the "Environmental Protection" newspaper Semen Kolobaev remained on the square.
The action passed surprisingly fast. The representatives of Federal Protection Service know their business, and will do everything in order their Master not be angry.
